48/5 Contest Winners
What is the 48/5 Film Contest? Teams of filmmakers come together to write, shoot, edit and premiere an original five-minute production in a mere 48 hours. At the start of the competition, participants are given specific elements- a location or character, a prop and a line of dialogue. They then must pull a genre (comedy, drama, thriller, etc.) out of a hat. The challenge of the 48/5 Film Contest is to incorporate these elements and stay true to the selected genre.
We are proud to show the talented winners of the past year’s 48/5 Film Contests that were held December 2011 – October 2011. This event is FREE!
